Free Shipping Across India

We offer free shipping on all orders delivered within India — no minimum order value, no hidden charges. What you see at checkout is what you pay.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You'll receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities 5–7 business days

Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship via Delhivery, one of India's leading logistics networks, ensuring reliable and timely delivery across 18,000+ pin codes.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email and/or SMS. You can track your shipment in real time directly on our website using the tracking widget, or on the Delhivery website.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available on select orders and pin codes. COD orders may require a verification step before dispatch. Please ensure your contact number is reachable for verification.

Undeliverable & Returned Shipments

If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will make up to 2 additional attempts. If the package is returned to us, we'll reach out to arrange re-delivery. Re-delivery charges may apply.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Limitations

  • We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.
  • PO Boxes and certain restricted pin codes may not be serviceable.
